Urgent mobilisations — offshore call-outs, storm response, NHS surge cover — are frequently arranged same day where properties are available. Can you house 100+ workers?

Yes. We regularly place large workforces of 80–200+ contractors across Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Dundee and Inverness, using a mix of exclusive-use apartments, townhouses and serviced buildings. Larger cohorts are typically split across nearby buildings to keep travel times to site short while preserving quality and privacy.

Do you offer long-term contracts?

Yes. Long-term stays from 3, 6 and 12 months are welcome, and we can structure rolling monthly contracts for open-ended projects. Longer commitments unlock preferential rates, fixed monthly billing and priority access to the same properties for returning teams.

Are utilities included?

All standard utilities — electricity, gas, water, high-speed Wi-Fi, council tax and TV licence — are included in the quoted price. There are no separate meter bills or top-ups for your team to manage. Weekly or fortnightly housekeeping can be added on request.

Can bookings be extended?

Extensions are straightforward — most projects run longer than planned, so we build flexibility into every booking. Contact your account manager and, subject to availability, we'll extend in the same property; if it's already booked we'll relocate your team to an equivalent nearby property with minimum disruption.

Do you provide remote accommodation?

Yes. Alongside our city portfolio we source remote and rural accommodation for wind farm, hydro, forestry, subsea, decommissioning and infrastructure projects across the Highlands, Islands and the north-east coast. Where no housing stock exists locally we work with regional partners to secure suitable exclusive-use properties within commutable distance of site.

Is every property exclusive-use?

Yes — every property we place workers into is booked on a strict exclusive-use basis. Your team never shares a building, kitchen or bathroom with strangers. This is a policy, not an upgrade, and it applies to every booking regardless of size or duration.

How does invoicing work for corporate clients?

We invoice businesses on standard 30-day terms with consolidated monthly statements across multiple properties and projects. VAT invoices, PO references and cost-centre splits are all supported so accommodation costs land cleanly in your finance system.

Do you handle group bookings and rotating crews?

Yes. Rotational crews, 2:2 and 3:3 patterns, and hot-bed style handovers between shifts are all supported. We coordinate check-in/out, key handovers and housekeeping so the property is ready between rotations without your project team managing logistics.
