Contractor Accommodation in Scotland's Central Belt
The Central Belt carries most of Scotland's construction, infrastructure and manufacturing workload, from the M8 corridor and Grangemouth to data centre and rail programmes on both sides of the country. Our contractor accommodation in the Central Belt gives site teams whole furnished properties within a short commute of the compound.
Every booking is exclusive use — no shared rooms, no HMOs. Crews get their own bedrooms, a kitchen, laundry and drying space, off-street parking for site vans, and one VAT invoice covering every property on the project.
Typical Central Belt rates
£32–£52 per head, per night — bills, Wi-Fi and cleaning included, with the rate fixed for the length of the booking.
Why crews base here
One base covers two cities
A property near Falkirk, Cumbernauld or Livingston puts crews within 40 minutes of both Glasgow and Edinburgh sites.
Shutdown-ready stock
Grangemouth turnarounds need volume fast — we hold relationships with owners who can release multiple houses at once.
Cheaper than city hotels
Central Belt hotel rates spike during events; contractor houses hold a fixed per-head rate for the whole programme.
Contractors accommodation across the Central Belt
Contractor housing across the city, Clydebank and the M8 corridor.
Serviced flats and whole houses for capital-side project teams.
Minutes from Grangemouth for turnaround and shutdown crews.
Central base with fast access to both the M9 and M80.
West Lothian housing for manufacturing and logistics contracts.
Lanarkshire properties for civils and steel-sector crews.
Workforce housing between Glasgow, Stirling and Falkirk.
Amenities included in the Central Belt
Central Belt crews move between Glasgow, Edinburgh, Falkirk and Lanarkshire sites, so we specify around vehicles, motorway access and predictable inclusive costs.

Exclusive use only
Your team has the whole property. We never place another company's crew in the same house and we do not use HMOs or shared rooms.
No smoking or vaping indoors
Smoking is outside only. A deep-clean charge applies where indoor smoking is evidenced.
No parties or events
These are working properties in residential streets — quiet hours run 22:00 to 07:00.
Pets by prior agreement
Assistance dogs are always welcome; other pets only where the owner has agreed in writing before arrival.
Named occupants
Give us the occupant list before arrival. Overnight visitors outside that list are not permitted.
Damage and cleaning
Report damage the same day. Properties are handed back clean and tidy; end-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate.
Multi-property crews
Where a crew spans several houses, each property has its own named occupant list.
