We act as an intermediary between clients and accommodation providers, offering fully furnished, serviced accommodation solutions for short-term and long-term stays.

3. Booking and Reservations

• Enquiries: All accommodation enquiries are subject to availability and confirmation from our team.
• Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from Trade Rentals Scotland and any required deposits have been received.
• Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate information when making bookings, including guest details, dates, and special requirements.
• Corporate Bookings: For corporate bookings, the company making the reservation is responsible for all guests and any associated charges.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Quotations: All prices quoted are subject to availability and may vary based on season, location, and duration of stay.
• Payment Terms: Payment terms will be specified in your booking confirmation. Corporate clients may be eligible for invoicing arrangements.
• Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for extra services, damages, or extended stays not covered in the original booking.
• VAT: All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary depending on the accommodation and booking type. Generally:

• Cancellations made 14+ days before check-in: Full refund minus administration fee
• Cancellations made 7-14 days before check-in: 50% of total booking value
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in: Full booking value charged
• No-shows: Full booking value charged

Specific cancellation terms will be confirmed in your booking agreement.

6. Guest Responsibilities

All guests must:

• Treat the accommodation with respect and care
• Comply with property rules and regulations
• Report any damages or issues promptly
• Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the booking
• Not engage in any illegal activities on the premises
• Respect neighbours and maintain reasonable noise levels

7. Liability and Damages

Guests are liable for any damage caused to the accommodation or its contents during their stay. A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after departure subject to a satisfactory property inspection. Trade Rentals Scotland is not liable for loss of or damage to guests' personal belongings.
