Typical exclusive-use contractor accommodation works out between £35 and £65 per person per night depending on region, team size and length of stay, with all utilities, Wi-Fi and council tax included. Longer contracts reduce the per-head rate.

Do contractors share properties with other companies?

Never. Every booking is exclusive-use, so your crew has the whole house or apartment to themselves for the duration of the contract. This is policy on every booking, not a paid upgrade.

Can bookings be extended if the project overruns?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most projects run longer than planned, so we build flexibility into every contract. Contact your account manager and, subject to availability, we extend in the same property or relocate the crew to an equivalent nearby property.
